    Classical Charter Schools is a National Blue Ribbon Award-winning network of charter schools located in the South Bronx. Though our neighborhoods are historically under-served, we provide a world-class, well-rounded education to our scholars through a classical curriculum that includes art, music, Latin, debate and character education.


    Our scholars are regularly among the highest performing in the state, and we are embarking on an ambitious growth plan to double the number of schools in our network over the next ten years, tripling the number of employees we hire and reaching nearly six thousand scholars in the South Bronx.


    To support this growth, the Classical Charter Schools Talent Team is seeking a Brand Strategy Manager to craft and elevate the story of Classical in a way that highlights our core values and results. The ideal candidate will be both a creative thinker and outstandingly hard worker, capable of both innovative ideation and rigorous, disciplined thought.

    The responsibilities for this role include:

    • Crafting a multi-year brand strategy to elevate the story of Classical within the education—and broader national—landscape, bringing to the forefront one of the highest performing school networks in the country.
    • Planning campaigns to support that strategy across a range of traditional and innovative streams, working closely with others in the network to develop compelling and values-based content to communicate the impact of Classical.
    • Mobilizing others inside and outside of our organization to help tell the story of what is possible, and the change Classical is helping to create, in the South Bronx.
    • Building an organizational culture of stewardship and evangelism, leveraging our incredible staff to amplify our narrative and spread our message.
    • Developing some creative content internally and working with external organizations to develop other content that accurately and compellingly illustrates the Classical brand.
    • Rigorously analyzing performance and progress to both quantitative and qualitative goals, adjusting strategy as necessary.


    • A history of driving ambitious results, ideally 3-5 years of marketing-specific experience
    • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
    • The ability to communicate clearly and compellingly across diverse audiences
    • Understanding of brand-led marketing and strategy
    • Excellent work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow rapidly
    • Demonstrated alignment with Classical’s mission and core values
